Ingredients:
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 4 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 Tsp pure vinilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 and full your muffin pan with muffin liners or you can spray the pan with nonstick spray. I suggest using muffin liners because it gives you one less thing to clean.
- In large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
- In a new bowl whisk the eggs, cream cheese, and sugar until fully combined. Then whisk in the milk, oil, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mixture should be a pale yellow. Stop using your whisk and find something else to mix with after this step the batter gets thick!
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients. Do not over-mix!! batter should be a little chunky. Fold in the chocolate chips
- Fill in your muffin pan to the top and put in the over for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy!!!

Final Notes:
The recipe was amazing! My family loves the muffins and can’t get enough of them! If you follow the link you’ll notice that you’re supposed to use sour cream and I wrote cream cheese. I accidentally used cream cheese instead of sour cream but my muffins still turned out great!! This recipe gets a 10/10!!
