Ingredients:
- Croissant roll dough
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- preferred pizza toppings
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Roll out your croissant roll dough and connect two triangle shaped pieces of dough into a large square. when you use all your dough you should have multiple squares not one big one.
- Put a thin layer of sauce into squares, sprinkle on some cheese, and add your preferred toppings. Don’t put too much or it will get soggy!
- Fold the squares corners into the middle and put on a baking sheet. In a small bowl whisk together an egg and put an egg wash over the pizza pockets then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes and enjoy!
